Sunflowers Fest 2025
Sunflowers fest 2025 in association with Sunflower suicide support, They do amazing working in the heart of Gloucestershire, "Sunflowers is founded by people who know the pain and trauma of losing a loved one to suicide. We aim to offer support to others who are bereaved or affected by suicide." Sunflowers Festival is over 3 days from Friday 3rd October 2025 to Sunday 5th October
Gloucestershires newest festival created to support charity.
Friday is headline by Charlie Sloth, supported by Miller, Jennie Groves, Chez and stroud love radio. the Friday will be an over 18 event so id required on entry, opening at 5pm.

Saturday is headlined by TBC. supported by Nathan Grisdale, Callum and The Pookies, Two Connors, Miller, Olivia rogers, Josh Brown and The Fallen Roses. this will be an over 18 event so id required on entry, opening at 12pm.
Sunday is Family day headline by Tinchy stryder, supported by Bro and Elsie. mascots for the kids to meet and greet. Gates open from 12pm.

There is bus tickets avaliable from Stroud bus station and Gloucester bus station, these are limited so dont forget to add them when booking your tickets. Car parking tickets can also be purchased on here as well.

By car (Parking) – Access the event from the Stratford road turn left on to Parkend road.
Please purchase car park tickets in advance and follow the directions and signage on the event road. Have your car park ticket to hand when accessing the car park field. If you are without prepaid parking ticket, payment will be collected in the carpark at a higher rate. Do not park on Parkend Road or surrounding residential roads. All vehicles are parked at owners risk. No sleeping overnight in any vehicles. Anyone seen sleeping will be woken and moved on. When leaving the event please drive carefully.
By Car (Drop off/Pick Up) – the drop off/pick up point is approximately 1 mile away from the event at mill farm drive.
By Taxi – Please be dropped off on mill farm drive.
By Foot- The event can only be accessed on foot from Stratford road. Please use the Designated pathway when on Stratford road and parkend, as this is a pedestrianised zone. The entrance point from the old crown main gate.When leaving the event exit via the same gates as you entered. Please respect our neighbours by keeping the noise levels down and off peoples properties. Use the bins provided for waste.
By Train- Nearest train stations are Stroud approx 3 miles.
By Bus- The number , Stratford road . Approximately 5 min walk to festival.

Festival Site:
The festival takes place on concert and some grassland, offering generally flat terrain across the site. However, it’s important to note that the festival grounds are outdoors, and weather conditions may affect accessibility. We recommend checking the weather forecast and wearing appropriate footwear for your comfort.
Accessible Toilets:
There will be accessible toilets located at various points around the festival site for your convenience ask stewards for locations.
Assistance and Companion Tickets: We offer a complimentary ticket for one companion or personal assistant when attending the festival with a disabled ticket holder. Please contact The Ticket Sellers to obtain a personal assistant ticket
Medical Assistance and Medications: If you require medical assistance during the festival, please head to our First Aid and Medical tent. You are welcome to bring any necessary medications, including diabetic medication and needles. Please ensure you carry them in clearly labelled containers.
Assistance Animals: Registered assistance animals are welcome at the festival. Please ensure your animal is appropriately certified, and have their identification and documentation with you.
Information and Support: Our team of friendly stewards will be available throughout the festival to assist and answer any questions you may have. If you require support or have any concerns during the event, please don’t hesitate to approach our staff.
Information for Attendees
Entry, Tickets and Wristbands: Bring your ticket (either physical or printed E-Ticket) with you to the festival where it will be exchanged for a wristband. We can also scan your ticket on a mobile phone providing the bar code is clearly visible and phone is charged.
All Tickets Are Non-Exchangeable and Non-Refundable, unless Festival is cancelled, whereby tickets can be refunded or rolled over to the next festival. You will be refused entry if you are intoxicated
Children’s Tickets:
Age 8-17 must be accompanied by an adult attending the festival aged 30 and over. Under-18’s will be refused entry without a responsible adult, 1 youth per adult. Children’s wristbands give on entry. Minimum 8 years old.
We reserve the right to refuse admission if we feel the responsible adult would be unable to account for the number of accompanying under-18s.
Over 18’s must bring physical ID. No Photos of ID’s will be accepted.

– PASS Approved Card
Challenge 25 and Refusal to Sell Alcohol
The event operates the Challenge 25 scheme, and will ask to see identification during entry, whilst purchasing alcoholic beverages, or were deemed necessary to ascertain the age of the individual (drinking alcoholic beverages, smoking etc)
The Event organisers have the right to evict anyone drinking under the age of 18 and anyone involved in the supply of alcohol to persons under the age of 18.
Search Policy: On entry you will be searched by Security staff. Where necessary, children will also be searched by security staff this is condition of entry to the festival
All bags and other items will also be searched for banned items please only bring a small bag if absolutely necessary no bigger than A4 size.
Please use the bins provided to get rid of any banned items prior to being searched.
Banned Items
NO Bottles or other containers of liquid
NO Alcohol
NO Glass of any description, including perfume
NO Food
NO Fireworks, Flares or other Pyrotechnics
NO portable laser equipment and pens
NO Kites or Other flying equipment (RC Planes or Drones)
NO Drugs including nitrous oxide and associated equipment
NO item that can be used as a weapon
NO Camping chairs
NO Animals (with the exception of guide dogs)
NO Unauthorised film or video equipment or audio recorders
NO Airhorns
NO Megaphones
All the above will be confiscated if found on your person. There is no guarantee that the items will be returned to you. Where deemed necessary by staff, the Police will be contacted to assist in matters requiring their assistance.
CCTV cameras are in operation at the site and at strategic locations around the event.
Purchases
The majority of kiosks and marquees around the venue will only accept purchases made by Debit/Credit Card/Cash at the point of purchase.
Bars will stop selling beverages at 10pm(5pm on Sunday)
Performances and Entertainment
We have allotted times for each performer over the weekend but these are subject to change, due to travel issues, adverse weather, illness and other unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavour to keep you updated via social media and on-site announcements. Please sign up or follow us on all media platforms. Live music will stop at 10:30pm on each event day.
Respect our Neighbours
The event is surrounded by local residents and the villages of Parkend, paganhill and cashes green. Please respect our neighbours and local community. Without their support the event would not go ahead. Please use waste bins provided and keep noise to a minimum when leaving the event.
Food & Drink
Outside food and drink (including alcohol) is not allowed inside the festival, with the exception of attendees with specific dietary requirements backed up by a doctor’s note. There are, however, wonderful festival food traders providing a great selection of food and refreshments all day. As well as on-site free water.
